VPS2103N is a highly integrated power control chip suitable for various topologies (Flyback \ Boost \ Buck) and output voltage feedback methods (SSR \ PSR \ resistive voltage division). PSR feedback can be achieved at operating frequencies of hundreds of KHz, and the built-in output voltage sampling circuit can work simultaneously in CCM and DCM modes, with a requirement for a sampling voltage time width as low as 400nS; The built-in loop compensation circuit with fast dynamic response function ensures excellent stability and dynamic response indicators of the switching power supply.
VPS2103N integrates multiple control functions and has a simple peripheral design, allowing for the design of peripheral parameters according to actual needs. Three functions are achieved through a resistor: startup, feedforward compensation, and programming of the built-in power transistor's turn off speed; The peak current of the power transistor is sampled through a resistor programmed "lossless" current sampling; By using two resistors, both input undervoltage protection and input overvoltage protection thresholds can be designed simultaneously; Connect the FB capacitor to GND to achieve the frequency jitter function. The frequency jitter cycle can also be programmed based on the value of the capacitor. Connect GND to cancel the frequency jitter function.
VPS2103N integrates functions such as overcurrent protection, overpower protection, output short circuit protection, output overvoltage protection, and over temperature protection. It can achieve self recovery after abnormal situations are cancelled, ensuring the reliability of the switching power supply system to the maximum extent.
