VPS8505 is a push-pull transformer driver specifically designed for small volume, low standby power consumption, and low-power isolation power supplies. Its periphery only needs to be matched with simple input and output filtering capacitors, isolation transformers, and rectification circuits to achieve isolation power supplies with 3.3V or 5V input, 3.3V~24V output, and output power of 1-3W. The VPS8505 chip integrates an oscillator internally, providing a pair of high-precision complementary signals to drive two N-channel MOSFETs. The internal design of the chip follows a symmetrical structure, which can effectively ensure the high symmetry of the two power MOSFETs and avoid circuit bias during operation. The chip has enabling function and frequency synchronization function, and is internally designed with high-precision dead zone control circuit to ensure that there is no common phenomenon under various working conditions.
