In supply
VPS2703N is a dedicated bridge rectifier chip designed specifically for small volume and low-power isolation power supplies. When used in combination with transformer drivers and transformers, its periphery only needs to be matched with a simple output filter capacitor to achieve an isolation power supply with an output voltage of 2-6V and an output power of up to 1-3W. VPS2703N integrates two N-channel power MOSFETs and two Schottky diodes internally, forming a bridge connection method. The secondary side of the transformer only requires one winding to achieve rectification output, which can greatly simplify the design and volume of the transformer, while reducing costs. VPS2703N integrates an intelligent voltage limiter internally, which controls the output voltage to not drift high when the power supply is unloaded. When the power supply is loaded, the intelligent voltage limiter does not consume current, thus not affecting the conversion efficiency at full load.
